We were given a wish list of artists and bands, and started negotiations with agents to secure the hosts’ perfect programme of music.

The next step was to manage the guest list and to create an exciting set of web pages – a great way for guests to keep up to date with latest music announcements. In addition to this it featured a comprehensive list of FAQs and even the ability to book a pre-pitched gorgeous bell tent. We built in the ability for guests to share their pictures after the party which provided a great memento of the event.

Food was equally as important. We found the perfect caterer to help create a sit down banqueting feast, without losing the festival charm. We worked together to created a gourmet menu that ticked all the boxes. Throughout the early evening street food stalls offered Spanish tapas, then came the more formal evening meal with guests seated at dining tables under cover, and finally puddings and pizza were served late into the night.

A vintage beetle photo booth added to the fun with guests dressing up and posing with friends. Roaming entertainment kept everyone amused until the music started. The bands were the star attraction of this party. Must-see acts performed an incredible programme throughout the evening. All sets were up close and personal with the stars of the show – a duo flown in from Brooklyn – performing in amongst the crowd, creating exceptional memories for all lucky enough to be invited.

DJs rounded off the night with dancing for all with an eclectic play list chosen by our hosts, finishing with a silent disco. A relaxing second day of live music from an open-air stage gave guests the opportunity to catch up while lounging on hay bale sofas and reading the Sunday papers.
