A Wild & Wonderful Wedding

The couple came to us keen to celebrate their wedding in a casual but classic manner – with a playful twist on the traditional but quintessential British wedding. What followed was a day that was a true reflection of them. It was important to the couple to include family and friends where ever possible and so this meant that all threads of their life came together to make the day.

Feasting

A friend of the family provided delicious canapes as guests first arrived to the reception, accompanied by cocktails from the wonderful Tipsy Botanists. A ‘Pimp your own Prosecco’ table added to the playful but sophisticated atmosphere.

Let them eat cake!

The cake was a magnificent work of art by the brides cousin. A five tier sponge with pistachio and rose, orange blossom and vanilla, white chocolate and raspberry, . Embellished with fresh flowers this was a true showstopper.

To accompany this masterpiece was a “Treats” table fit to burst with every sort of dessert imaginable. To indulge every taste this included; traditional Austrian biscuits and cakes by the brides grandmother, delicate bites of Fudge from Fudge Kitchen, jewel toned raspberry marshmallows, lollipop biscuits by Bee’s Bakery, vegan chocolates and Swedish sweets. All of which were a huge hit with the younger guests…and how could we forget the WHAM bars?
