Not long to Go!

We were contacted in February to help with a joint birthday celebration happening only a few months away. So with not much time to spare we set about contacting out suppliers, gathering as much information as possible and guiding our clients through the options available.

The main brief was to keep things simple and relaxed but fun and classy – a challenge we were keen to get stuck into.

Set under a Stretch

After much deliberation the clients decided on a structure that would tick a few boxes. Nestled in the clients garden, this malleable structure blends seamlessly into the folds of it’s surroundings and is a great option to deal with all sorts of weather. A suitable Spring choice when you are not sure if the sky is going to pour or fill with sunshine! The beauty of a stretch tent is that it can be lifted at all sides to provide minimal coverage in extraordinary surroundings –  or pulled down to keep in the heat for a cosy celebration.

Pick n Mix Pizza

To kept in line with the casual but classy vibe, food was provided by the talented guys at Pizzarova. Based in Bristol these guys specialise in handmade sourdough pizzas and provide a selection of ‘pick n mix’ delicious toppings so that guests can design their own. Under the cover of a little nordic tipi Pizzarova looked the part and kept our guests going all evening. Combined with the fabulous Big Bars  who kept everyone refreshed with a simple bar menu ensuring there was something for everyone at this intimate gathering.

Straw Bales, Fire Bowls and Blanket

In addition to poseur tables and stools indoors we used blanket covered straw bales and kept our Indian fire bowls roaring all night to stave off the late night chills. A green screen photo booth was in operation all night enthralling guests with a never-ending supply of props and locations!

 

 

 

I just wanted to write to say thanks for your amazing organisation, resulting in such a successful party! Everyone loved it, I've had so many positive comments about it, both from the kids and their friends and from the ‘grown ups’ that were there as well... The mini festival theme worked really well and the whole thing was effortless as far as we were concerned, particularly the clear up afterwards - which we possibly appreciated the most of all!!
